About

Reported, written,
worth reading

I'm a journalist and writer based in Portland, Oregon. I studied journalism and comparative literature at the University of Oregon's Clark Honors College — learning to find the real story fast, ask the right questions, and make complex things readable for anyone.

I write reported features, profiles, essays, and editorial content for publications and brands. I also write brand copy, newsletters, and content strategy for clients who want the same rigor applied to their own voice. Either way — I research fast, hit deadlines, and bring a genuine point of view.

My beat runs through sustainability, climate, food and culture, outdoor and adventure, documentary film, and mission-driven organizations. I'm available for editorial assignments, brand projects, and ongoing content work. Rates on request.
